First, loose the screw to release the sprayer from its holder, which is located at the top of our ENT workstation for easy operation:

Unscrew the bottle from the spray pump unit and fill medication in the bottle,
then screw the bottle back, and fix it to the holder of the sprayer which is positioned at the working top of our ENT workstation.
And then press this button to spray the medication on the patient.
The nozzle can be dismantled for cleaning, its autoclavable.
